Troubleshooting Facetune VIP Access Issues
If you’re having trouble accessing your Facetune VIP tools, it’s usually due to one of the reasons below. In most cases, checking these first will resolve the issue quickly.
Most common issues
You’re signed into Facetune with a different account than the one used for the purchase
The purchase was made under a different Apple ID or Google Play account
The app hasn’t refreshed the subscription yet
There’s a temporary connection or network issue
Step 1: Make sure you’re logged into the correct account
Facetune VIP access is tied to the account used to make the purchase. If you’re signed into a different account, your subscription won’t appear.
Things to double-check:
You’re logged into Facetune using the same email, Apple ID, or Google account used for the purchase
You haven’t recently switched Apple IDs or Google Play accounts
You don’t have multiple accounts on your device that could be causing confusion
Step 2: Check your internet connection
A stable internet connection is required to verify your subscription.
Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or a strong cellular network
If possible, try switching networks and reopening the app
Step 3: Restore your purchase
Restoring your purchase refreshes the connection between your account and the app.
iOS (App Store)
Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings
Restart your device
Sign back into the App Store with your Apple ID
Open Facetune
Tap Settings (top right) and select Restore Purchases
Android (Google Play)
Go to Settings > Apps
Find Google Play services and tap Clear Cache
Do the same for Google Play Store
Open Facetune
Tap Settings (top right) and select Restore My Purchases
