I can't complete my purchase in the App Store. What should I do?
Having trouble purchasing from Apple? The most common errors relate to network settings and connection to the App Store. Resolving these connectivity issues should allow you to complete your purchase:
- Firstly, please make sure you are connected with a strong internet connection (try turning WiFi on and off).
- Open the iOS Settings app > tap General > Reset > Reset Network Settings (type in your password if needed) and then restart the device.
- Head to the App Store > tap on the Profile icon at the top right > scroll to the bottom and tap on Sign Out > scroll to the top and enter your Apple ID & Password, then tap on Sign In.
In addition, there could be a restriction on in-app purchases set on your phone. You can follow Apple's instructions in this link to learn how to disable the restriction.
