Recognize the Charge but wish to Cancel?
If you'd like to discontinue your subscription, simply follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Facetune, Photoleap, or Videoleap account.
- Locate the "Cancel Subscription" button next to the subscription you wish to terminate.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize the cancellation.

2. A screenshot of the charge.
3. The email address you used to sign up.
4. The charged amount, the date of the transaction, and the last four digits of the card used for the charge.
