How to Cancel a Subscription or Free Trial

If you want to cancel your Facetune subscription or free trial, follow the steps below for the platform where you originally purchased.

Where did you buy your subscription?

App Store (iOS)

1. Open your iPhone Settings.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Find your Facetune subscription and tap on it.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Google Play Store

1. Open Google Play on your Android device.
2. Navigate to your subscriptions.
3. Find your Facetune subscription and tap on it.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

Facetune Website

1. Head to facetuneapp.com/account.
2. Tap My Account.
3. Log in with your account email address.
4. Locate the Cancel Subscription button below your plan.
5. Confirm the cancellation.

Important

• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the platform where the subscription was originally purchased.
• Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
