How Do I Cancel A Subscription Or Free Trial?
Note: If you purchased your plan on the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), please follow the steps for Android or iOS.
Subscribed through web
- Head to Facetune, Photoleap, or Videoleap.
- Tap 'My Account'.
- Log in with your account email address.

Locate the 'Cancel Subscription' button directly above your Payment information.
- Start by opening your iPhone Settings.
- Next, tap on your name.
- Now, tap on Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.
- Open Google Play on your Android device.
- Navigate to your subscriptions.
- Choose the subscription you wish to cancel.
- Tap on the option to cancel your subscription.

Just follow the instructions provided, and you'll be all set!
PLEASE NOTE: Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription.
