How do I cancel a subscription or free trial?

Subscribed through web

1. Head to Facetune, Photoleap, or Videoleap.
2. Tap 'My Account'.
3. Log in with your account email address.
4. Locate the 'Cancel Subscription' button directly above your Payment information.
   
   
   

Google Play Store 

1. Open Google Play on your Android device.
2. Navigate to your subscriptions.
3. Choose the subscription you wish to cancel.
4. Tap on the option to cancel your subscription.
5. Just follow the instructions provided, and you'll be all set!

App Store

1. Start by opening the iPhone/iPad Settings app.
2. Next, tap on your name. 
3. Now, tap on Subscriptions.
4. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.
   
   

PLEASE NOTE: Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription.

IMPORTANTLY: If you have canceled your subscription in the App Store or Google Play Store, please check if you also subscribed via web at Facetune, Photoleap, or Videoleap.
