Requesting a refund for your LTX subscription
Summary
First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days, as long as you've used less than 1200 credits so far. Cancel your subscription in your account settings, then email our support team to request the refund. No refunds are issued for renewals or partial subscription periods.
Who can get a refund
You’re eligible for a refund if all the following are true:
It’s within 14 days of your first-ever subscription purchase.
You’ve canceled your subscription within that period.
You’ve used less than 1200 credits.
You’ve contacted us to request your refund.
If you meet these conditions, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. If you don’t qualify, we’ll notify you via email.
How to cancel and request a refund
To cancel your subscription and request a refund:
Go to your account settings. (Important: Please double check you're logged in using the correct email address that you originally subscribed with.)
Under My Plan, click Cancel Plan and follow the prompts until you see a confirmation message.
After canceling, email us with your refund request.
If eligible, your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days. We’ll send a receipt by email once the refund is complete.
Note: If you cancel outside the 14-day cooling-off period or after using more than 1200 credits, you won’t be eligible for a refund. However, you’ll still retain access to your subscription until the end of the billing cycle.
