Canceling your LTX subscription
Summary
You can cancel your LTX plan anytime in your account settings. Canceling stops auto-renew, but your plan features remain available until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account stays active with basic access, but you won’t be able to use plan features like content generation.
How to cancel your plan
Go to your LTX account. If you are not already logged in, you'll be prompted to. Make sure you are logged into right account that you want to cancel the plan for.
Under Your plan, click Cancel plan.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.
(Note: If you're on a Free Plan, you won't see the Cancel plan button, as there is no subscription to cancel).
What happens when you cancel
Canceling your plan does not immediately end your subscription. You will continue to have full use of your plan’s features and inclusions until the last day of your billing cycle.
Once your billing cycle ends, auto-renew is turned off and no further charges apply.
Your account itself remains active. You can still log in to view and manage your projects, and download or export existing work. If you'd like your account to be deleted, you must follow these steps.
However, you will not be able to generate new content or use features that consume credits without an active plan.
