Quick Fixes for Accessing Paid Tools
Are you having trouble accessing your paid tools in Photoleap Pro? This can be frustrating, but don't worry—there are a few common reasons this might be happening, and with some troubleshooting, we can get you back to enhancing your photos in no time.
Verifying Your Account
The first step is to ensure you're logged into the correct account associated with your Photoleap Pro purchase. Issues often arise from being signed into an incorrect or different account than the one used to purchase the subscription.
Multiple or Changed Accounts:
If you have multiple Apple IDs or Google Play accounts, or have changed your account recently, ensure you’re signed into the account used for the Photoleap Pro purchase.
Network Issues:
Ensure you have a strong internet connection.
Connection Issues:
App Store (iOS):
- For iOS, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Enter your password if prompted, then restart your device. After restarting, sign back into the App Store with your Apple ID.
- Open Photoleap.
- Tap on Settings > tap 'Get Photoleap Pro' at the top > tap on Already Purchased.
Google Play Store (Android):
- For Android, navigate to Settings > Apps > All Apps > find and tap Google Play services > Clear Cache. Repeat for Google Play Store.
- Open Photoleap.
- Tap Pro at the top right > tap the X > tap 'Restore' at the bottom.
