Learn about an unfamiliar charge
If you've noticed a charge from Lightricks and aren't sure what it's for, you're in the right place. This guide will help you identify the charge and take the right next step.

Cancel your subscription
If you recognise the charge but want to cancel, sign in to your Facetune, Photoleap, or Videoleap account and follow the steps below.
- Sign in to your account.
- Tap My Account.
- Log in with your account email address.
- Locate the Cancel Subscription button below your plan.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Request a refund
If you'd like to request a refund, please contact our support team and include the following:
- A copy of your receipt
- A screenshot of the charge
- The email address used to sign up
- The charged amount, transaction date, and last four digits of the card

Important
- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the platform where the subscription was originally purchased.
- Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged again.
