Login Troubleshooting
We know how frustrating it can be when you just want to create some photo editing magic but run into login issues. Fear not! We're here to help you get back on track in no time. Follow these steps to troubleshoot and fix any login problems you might be facing with our app.
Step 1: Restart and Check your Connection
Sometimes, the simplest solution works wonders! Try restarting your device first. Once you're back up, make sure you have a strong internet connection. Here’s how:
>Restart your device - Yes, just turn it off and on again!
>Check your connection - Toggle WiFi on and off or switch between WiFi and 4G/5G.
After doing this, head back to Facetune and try logging in again. Did that do the trick? If not, don’t worry, we've got more steps for you.
Step 2: Reset Network Settings
If the restart didn’t help, try resetting your network settings. To do this:
Open your iOS Settings app.
Tap General.
Select Reset.
Tap Reset Network Settings (you might need to enter your password).
Once done, go back to Photoleap/Facetune and try to log in again. Still no luck? Let’s move to the next step.
Step 3: Try Different Login Options
Did you know that you can log in with different options? If you usually log in with Apple, try Google, Facebook or email instead. Sometimes, switching it up can solve the issue.
