How to Get a Refund for a Facetune Subscription
If you've been charged for a Facetune subscription and want to request a refund, you're in the right place. Depending on where you made your purchase, the process is different, follow the steps below for your platform.
Where did you buy your subscription?
App Store (iOS) If your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store, all billing, cancellations, and refunds are managed directly by Apple.

Google Play Store If you subscribed via the Google Play Store, your payment and refund options are managed by Google.

Facetune Website If you purchased directly through facetuneapp.com, we can help you directly. Please contact our support team and include:
- A screenshot of the charge or your purchase receipt
- The email address used at the time of purchase

- Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the platform where the subscription was originally purchased.
