Can I save without paying for Facetune VIP?

If you don't want to purchase VIP, you don't have to! You can totally export Projects for free when using Facetune.

Facetune is a freemium app. This means that it is completely free to download with both free and paid tools within the app. As long as you stick to the free tools you will have no problem saving them for free. If you accidentally use a VIP tool, you will be able to try it out, but in order to save it the app will ask you to make a purchase. 

ProTip: VIP tools are marked with a blue Try icon at the corner of features, tools, and presets that require a purchase. Anything that doesn't have a Try icon can be used and saved for free!
