I can't complete my purchase on iOS, what should I do?
Having trouble purchasing from Apple? The most common errors are related to network settings and connection to the App Store. Resolving these connectivity issues should allow you to continue:
- Firstly, please make sure you are connected with a strong internet connection (try on and off WiFi).
- Open the iOS Settings app > tap General > Reset > Reset Network Settings (type in your password if needed) and then restart the device.
- Head to the App Store > tap on the Profile icon at the top right > scroll to the bottom and tap on Sign Out > scroll to the top and enter your Apple ID & Password, then tap on Sign In.
In addition, there could be a restriction on in-app purchases set on your phone. You can follow Apple's instructions in this link to learn how to disable the restriction.
