How do I request a refund?
We have three different platforms where a payment could have been made. Here are instructions on how to request a refund for all three:
- Lightricks payment platform - please email us the invoice associated with the purchase to support@lightricks.com.
- App Store - please reach out to Apple Support as all issues dealing with payments and refunds are dealt with directly by Apple.
- Android device - please send us a copy of the Google receipt that Google Play sent to your email. If you cannot locate this email, please follow these steps:
- Head to Google Pay at pay.google.com go to Menu (the three line icon in the top left corner). Tap Activity and select the relevant purchase. The order number can be found at the bottom of this screen under Transaction ID. Please take a screenshot and send it to support@lightricks.com.
