How to contact the LTX Studio support team

Submitting a request
Open the support request form ↗.
Set the Name of app to LTX Studio, enter the email you used to sign up (if you have one), and add a short Subject describing your request.

In Description, include as many details as possible, such as:
A link to the affected project, storyboard, or asset
Exact steps to reproduce the issue and what you expected to happen
Any error messages as written on screen
Date and approximate time the issue occurred
Your browser and version, operating system, and device
Attach screenshots or a screen recording if relevant.
Click Submit.

Submitting a ticket is best, as it gives us a complete view of your account and lets you track conversations if you sign in. However, if you have trouble with the form, please email us at support@ltx.studio.

Contact us about another app
For support with other Lightricks apps like Facetune, LTX Scaler (previously Content Lab), Videoleap, or Photoleap, use the same support request form and set the Name of app to the product you are contacting us about.
