Checking how many credits you have left
Summary
You can check your unused credits from within your account, as well as your plan's total allowance per month. Paid plans reset at the end of each billing cycle (monthly), while free accounts get a one-time allocation that doesn't reset.
Checking your remaining credits
To check your credits balance:
Go to your LTX account page. Make sure you're logged in using the email you used to create your account.
-
Under Current cycle, you will see:
Your remaining credits.
Your plan’s total monthly allocation.
How balances reset
Paid plans: Your balance resets at the start of each new billing cycle. For example, Pro users get 28,000 credits to use every month. Unused credits don't carry over.
Free plan: If available in your region, you will receive a one-time allocation of 800 credits. This balance does not reset, but is just for testing the platform. Purchase a paid plan to continue with LTX once you've used up your free credits.
If you’re low on credits
If your balance is running out, you have two options:
Upgrade your plan: Instantly unlock more credits. Review our plans here.
Wait for your reset: Paid plan balances automatically refresh monthly.
If you often run out of credits, we recommend upgrading to a higher plan. One-time top-ups are not currently available, but we are actively exploring ideas for more flexible options for higher tiers.
