Can I still access my projects if I reach my credits limit?

Yes. You can still access most of the LTX app, including your dashboard, account settings, and existing assets and projects. However, you won’t be able to generate anything new until your credits are replenished.
What will still work when you reach your limit
You can continue to:
Sign in and access your dashboard ↗
View your account information and plan details
View existing projects or assets
Use tools that do not require generation
There’s no risk of losing access to your account or creative work. You’re simply limited in what you can generate.
What becomes restricted
Once your credits run out, any feature that requires generation will be disabled. This includes:
Image and video generation
Creating new characters, actors, or storyboards
Using text prompts for any AI generation (including concepts or story elements)
You’ll usually see a pop-up when trying to use a restricted feature. These tools remain unavailable until your balance resets or you upgrade your plan.
Options after reaching your credits limit
Your next steps depend on your current plan:
If you're on a paid plan:
Your credits reset automatically each month.
You can also upgrade your plan ↗ at any time to unlock more credits immediately.
If you're on the free plan:
Free plans come with 800 one-time credits.
These do not reset, so you’ll need to upgrade ↗ to continue using generation features.
