Can I buy more credits if I reach my limit?
You can’t currently buy extra credits as a one-time top-up. To access more, you’ll need to upgrade your plan or wait for your next monthly reset. Free accounts do not receive resets.
Accessing more credits
If you’ve used up your monthly allowance, you have two options:
Option 1: Upgrade your plan
Move to a higher-tier plan to increase your monthly credits.
The upgrade takes effect immediately.
You’ll be billed at the new plan rate moving forward.
Downgrades are only available at the end of your billing term (monthly or annual).
Option 2: Wait for your monthly reset.
Your credits renew at the end of each billing cycle.
This is only available on paid plans.
If you’re out of seconds and don’t want to upgrade, you’ll need to wait until your next cycle begins.
Free plan limits
If you're using the Free version of LTX:
You have a one-time allocation of 800 credits.
These do not reset.
To continue using LTX, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
How to upgrade your plan
Go to your LTX dashboard. ↗
Click Upgrade in the top-right corner.
Choose your new plan and click Subscribe.
Follow the prompts to complete your upgrade.
Note: Pro is currently the highest available plan and cannot be upgraded further.
What about one-time top-ups?
This option isn’t available yet. However, we’re actively working on ways to offer more flexibility, including the ability to purchase extra credits without changing your plan. In the meantime, upgrading is the best way to avoid interruptions if you frequently hit your monthly limit.
