What's the maximum video length in Gen Space?
Different generation models can output varying lengths of video clips within the LTX platform. Currently, the models with the longest video output is our LTXV legacy model, which supports videos up to 30 seconds long for one clip. Alternatively, our newest LTX-2 Fast model can output video lengths of up to 20 seconds, and longer videos can be created by stitching together multiple video clips in the Timeline Editor.
Which model creates the maximum video length?
Right now, our legacy LTXV family (including LTXV and LTXV Turbo) supports the longest video output length in LTX: up to 30 seconds per single clip. Coming in at a close second, our newest LTX-2 Fast model can generate videos of up to 20 seconds.
Changing the video model in Gen Space
Different models in Gen Space support different video lengths. For example, while LTXV allows 3–30 seconds, other models may have shorter ranges.
To change your model:
In Gen Space, go to the toolbar below the prompt box.
Click Video model.
Select your preferred model from the list.
Changing the video duration in Gen Space
After choosing a model, you can set the duration of your video within the range supported by that model.
In Gen Space, go to the toolbar below the prompt box.
With your model selected, open the Duration setting.
Choose how many seconds your want your generated video output to be.
Using Timeline to create longer video projects
For projects like trailers, short films, or ads, you can create longer content in the Timeline by combining multiple video clips. You can mix clips from different models, since all generated shots can be added to the same project.
For example, you might combine several 30-second clips from LTXV with shorter 5-second clips from another model to build a 2-minute ad.
