Do unused credits rollover into the next month?

No. Unused credits do not roll over. Your balance resets to your plan’s monthly total at the start of each new billing cycle.

How credits work

Your monthly credits are tied to your billing cycle and reset automatically each month, regardless of usage.

Example:

If your plan includes 8,640 credits and you only use 7,640 in one month, the remaining 1,000 will expire. Your balance will reset to 8,640 at the start of the next cycle, not 9,640.

Keeping track of your credits usage

To make the most of your plan, we recommend keeping track of how many credits you use each month and being aware of your billing cycle reset date. You can check both from your dashboard:

1. Go to your LTX dashboard. ↗

2. Click your account icon in the top-right corner.

3. Select Manage account.

4. Look under Current cycle to see your credits usage and when your balance resets.
