When do my Computing Seconds run out, when do they renew, and can I top up? (LTX.Studio)

To check your remaining monthly usage, go to the 'Manage Account' tab within the LTX Studio platform. There, you'll find a detailed overview of your computing seconds and how many you have left for the month. This will help you keep track of your usage and ensure you stay within your allocated limits. Please note computing seconds do not roll over from month to month. Each month, you will receive a new allocation of minutes.

Your computing seconds renew each month on the same day that your started your plan. The renewal is based on the date you initially entered and started using the platform (i.e. when you started generating a project). This ensures that you have a fresh allocation of computing time every month.

We don't currently support top-ups for computing seconds, so you'll need to wait for your seconds to renew each month, based on your plan.
