How to use the Blur tool

You can use our Blur Tool in Effects to blur out faces, vehicle number plates, or a particular area. It's easy!

Here's how:

• Make sure your clip is deselected on the Timeline.
• Tap Effects on the main Toolbar > Blur > Defocus.
• Select the Effect on the Timeline, then go to Shape > Radial.
• Tap the invert icon (circle with lines) to specify the area you want to blur, then adjust the target to blur out that specific area.
