Why are some parts of my Video Project missing?
When you import from your Photo gallery, the app graciously invites them into your Project. However, your device often sends them packing to save storage space. Don't worry though, they're still safe and sound, cozied up in your iCloud; they're just no longer part of the app's guest list. This is why your Timeline might seem empty, save for the stunning effects you've added.
Right now, your best bet is to save your assets directly onto your device. But fear not, our tech wizards are tirelessly working on a more seamless solution to this disappearing act!
As a workaround, you can try the following:
Return to your Photos app, pick out the images and videos you want in your Project, and make sure they're saved on your device, not just hanging out in iCloud. Then, mark them as Favorites. Hopefully, they should reappear in your Project! It might help to relaunch the app too. Of course if you still need help, just tap on ‘Contact us’ to reach our Customer Experience team.
